Return policy

This policy applies to tangible goods dispatched from the London studio. Digital downloads follow the cancellation rules stated at checkout.

Eligibility window

You may return unused items within fourteen calendar days of delivery, provided packaging remains intact and labels are readable.

Excluded items

Custom-printed worksheets with personalised fields, opened adhesive sets, or items damaged after delivery are not eligible unless a manufacturing fault is documented with photographs.

Process

Email help@klozarinshak.world with your order reference and reason for return. We reply with a return authorisation number and the inbound warehouse address.

Refunds

After inspection, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days. Postage costs are refunded only when the item arrived incorrect or faulty.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be offered.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this document limits mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase.
